Shipping & Delivery Times

We ship all our orders from the Netherlands. Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day. It will then take 1-2 business days for delivery.

The Netherlands
– Delivery time: 1–2 business days
- Postage costs:
• €4.95 for orders under €50
• Free shipping on orders over €50

Belgium
– Delivery time: 1–3 business days
- Postage costs:
• €4.95 for orders under €50
• Free shipping on orders over €50

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Mondays.

Shipping Methods
We ship with PostNL, including track & trace. You'll automatically receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Customs & Taxes
For orders within the EU, there are no additional import duties or customs charges.

Undelivered packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from a collection point on time, it can be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange a new shipment.
