All Beocca bags are handmade from vegetable-tanned leather, meaning no harmful chemicals are used in the leather processing. Because leather is a natural product and hasn't been treated with a chemical or synthetic finish, each bag may look slightly different. One leather simply has a different grain or texture than another. Furthermore, the leather, and therefore your bag, changes over time, under the influence of sunlight and daily use. All these factors make your bag unique and full of character! A bit too typical for you? No problem, you can always return your bag within the 30-day return period.
If there is a manufacturing defect with your bag, we recommend contacting us by email at info@beocca.com. We'll be happy to help you by replacing the product or setting up a (free) return if something is indeed broken.
