Returns and Refunds Policy

You can easily return your order to us. Below you'll find all the terms and conditions and instructions.

Right of withdrawal (legal)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

You can inform us of your revocation by:

• send an email to info@beocca.com , or

• use the withdrawal form .

In case of cancellation without reason, the return costs are €6 .
In case of a defective or incorrectly delivered product, the return costs are at our expense .

After your notification, you will receive further instructions from us and, if applicable, a return label .

Voluntary return policy (30 days)

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days , calculated from the day you received the product.

Conditions for return:

• The item is unused and in original condition.

• Any labels and protective material are provided.

• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Return process

Pack the item securely and add your products, and if applicable, the withdrawal form, in the box.
Then take the package to a shipping point of your choice.

Return costs

The return shipping costs are €6 and are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Received a defective or incorrect item

Did you receive a defective or incorrect item? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@beocca.com. and if possible, please attach photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive the purchase amount back within 10 business days via the same payment method you used.

Any shipping costs on the original order will only be refunded if you return the entire order .

Swap

Would you like a different item or color? Simply return the original item and place a new order.
If you indicate this with your return, you will receive a €6 credit note from us, so you do not pay any return costs.

Undelivered packages

If a package is returned because it was not collected or could not be delivered due to an incorrect address, the return costs will be deducted from the refund.
