How do I take good care of my bag?
To ensure your bag lasts as long as possible, it's important to take good care of it. Our tips for taking the best possible care of your Beocca bag can be found on the Leather Care page.
What are our bags made of?
Our bags are made from vegetable-tanned leather. This is genuine leather that's been processed into a bag in an environmentally friendly way. We also use suede for some of our bags.
Order & pay
How can I pay?
You can pay with iDeal, credit card, Apple & Google Pay, or securely pay later with Klarna. You can also choose to apply a voucher or discount code at checkout. This will then be deducted from the total price. See the Payments page for more information.
Can I also pick up my order?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to collect your order from us. We're an online store only. However, we'll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Can I still change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may still be able to change or cancel it. The quickest way to do this is to send us a WhatsApp message or an email to info@beocca.com.
How are our products shipped?
Our products are shipped with PostNL. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
All our products are shipped in a box made of environmentally friendly cardboard.

I have a problem with my beocca product, what now?
If you have a problem with your bag, please contact us. We'll always do our best to resolve it as quickly and efficiently as possible. More information about the warranty can be found on the Warranty and Returns page.
Can I still return my product?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If the item isn't defective, we will charge a €6 return shipping fee. More information can be found on the warranty and returns page.
